Job descriptionAssist with daily administrative processing of foreclosure actions Review, track, and organize foreclosure documentation and mailings Communicate with property owners, vendors, and clients to provide case updates and resolve inquiries Conduct bankruptcy research and title report ordering using internal systems Maintain foreclosure tracking data in spreadsheets and internal platforms 1–2 years’ experience in a real estate or legal office setting Demonstrated skills in customer service and written / verbal communication Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel High School Diploma or equivalent Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Internal foreclosure tracking systems Title ordering platforms Bankruptcy and real estate record search systems Prior foreclosure or trustee servicing experience Proven ability to manage confidential data with discretion Strong multitasking and deadline management skills
Foreclosure Coordinator
Location Irving, TX | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
- $22.75 / hour
- Monday–Friday : 7am - 7pm (8 hour shift)
ROLE IMPACT : This role supports the Trustee Servicing Solutions department by facilitating critical administrative functions that sustain high-volume foreclosure operations. Success in this position ensures timely and accurate processing, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance in property transactions and foreclosure cases.
