You’ll play a key role in coordinating maintenance and service requests, making sure every detail is handled smoothly while delivering an outstanding customer experience About the Company :

What You’ll Be Doing :

Maintain accurate records in the service request dashboard and ensure timely follow-up on open work orders Communicate and collaborate closely with field teams and residents to ensure service expectations are met Assist in the preparation and distribution of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports Support continuous process improvements for resident service and maintenance operations What We’re Looking For :
