Texas Licensed Insurance Associate

A company is looking for a Property and Casualty Insurance Associate - Sales / Telesales (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries regarding travel insurance coverage

Understand customer needs and align them with appropriate insurance products

Deliver exceptional customer experiences while resolving service issues and complaints

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Must have an active property and casualty or personal lines license

Proficiency in email, preferably MS Outlook

1 year of experience in a Call Center

1 year of experience in a Sales-related role or a role with Sales aspects
