Product Knowledge : Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of dental products, services, and procedures to better assist customers.
Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database. Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions for future reference and continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with dental professionals and administrative staff to ensure a coordinated and seamless customer service experience. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions as required to stay informed about updates and improvements in service protocols.
