Job description

Strategic Account Manager - Remote | Onco360 Pharmacy

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) to manage our ultra-narrow network partnerships and lead the implementation of new programs and services.

Join Onco360 Pharmacy , a leading oncology pharmacy dedicated to serving community oncology and hematology practices, patients, payers, and biopharma partners.

Location : Remote (with regular travel to key accounts)

Salary : Starting at $110,000+, with additional Bonus Opportunity

Strategic Account Manager Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as primary day-to-day contact for biopharma partners
  • Lead program launches and enhancements
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and project timelines
  • Deliver performance reports and quarterly business reviews
  • Ensure billing accuracy and SLA compliance

Strategic Account Manager Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years in specialty pharmacy or hub services
  • 3+ years supporting oncology LDD programs
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
