Wurth Baer Supply Company is seeking an Outside Sales Territory Manager to cover the Greater Philadelphia Region.
As a sales representative, you will work independently and decide how to best grow your market. You will look for top solutions for both the company and our customers and deliver quality service and reliability to your customers. Your responsibilities include handling current customer accounts, growing sales and growing your accounts overall. Treat your territory as if it is your own business, use your follow up skills and help us become the company of choice for our customers.
Note : Because the territory is in and around the Greater Philadelphia region , someone who is familiar with this geography will have an advantage. With hundreds of established accounts already in the book of business and with the expected major growth, success is highly attainable.
Operating Area : Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, Chester Counties & State of Delaware
Ideal Candidate Location : We are looking for someone within 15 to 20 minutes of Philadelphia, so the following locations would be the ideal location for a Territory Manager :
Established Customer Base : You will inherit hundreds of active customers worth millions, so you won't have to start from scratch by any means. The goal is to grow business in the territory and gradually add new customers. These will be your customers and yours alone. No internal competition. All reps stay in their own territories.
Compensation Structure Basics : 3 month guarantee at target (base) salary followed by a 90% base guarantee for staying at above your gross profit floor. Year-round auto allowance paid (taxable income) paid at $1,000 / month ($12k annually). Commission is uncapped and has several tiers paid quarterly. Example : If you perform at 105% of sales plan, you receive a commission bonus for the quarter of 25% of your quarterly base income. You'll have the opportunity to discuss your "all-in" goal (gross pretax income) with sales management during the interview process.
