Elevation Pediatric Therapy, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. Our clinic is committed to providing evidence-based, individualized care to children and their families, helping them reach their full potential.

Position : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and other behavior assessments.

Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.

Provide direct and indirect supervision to behavior technicians.

Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions.

Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to continually assess the effectiveness of intervention plans.

Qualifications :

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

State licensure (if applicable).

Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities is preferred.
