What You’ll Be Responsible For Managing high-volume inbound calls Supporting caregiver scheduling and urgent escalations Responding to chat and email requests Accurately documenting every interaction Following structured communication protocols Performance is measured daily on attendance, call quality, accuracy, efficiency and professional tone.
