Purpose :

Seeking professionals with strong L2 experience on the development side to ensure operational stability, system administration, and effective support of application servers and agents. This role focuses on maintaining uptime, safeguarding data integrity, and driving improvements through proactive analysis and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform daily administration and L2 support for application servers and agents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting application performance and stability.
• Analyze application-generated data to ensure accuracy and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with application teams to design and implement custom data collection strategies.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to enhance data quality and system reliability.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for production tasks, configurations, and troubleshooting processes.

Core Skills Required :

Seasoned Application Support Engineer with extensive experience in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization . Skilled in leveraging advanced monitoring tools like Dynatrace, splunk and Nagios to proactively identify and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal uptime and performance. Proficient in Linux, AWS, Jenkins, and MySQL , with a strong ability to conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement effective solutions to enhance system reliability
