We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support the coordination and implementation of various projects within our dynamic manufacturing environment. This temporary position involves managing new layout designs for service parts production, implementing an RFID system, managing inventory, and supporting SAP projects. The role requires effective communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and implementation of new layouts for service parts production.
• Participate in project master scheduling and coordination meetings.
• Track follow-up items and create layouts for tooling, component parts, coil material, finished parts, and packaging.
• Facilitate the implementation of a new RFID system by creating standardized work and a training plan.
• Manage expendable packaging inventory by improving visual controls, reducing inventory, and developing a daily receiving system.
• Order and manage Tesla parts inventory including component parts ordering, engineering changes, and logistics management.
• Develop and analyze a logistics budgeting system to track and report planned versus actual freight costs.
• Coordinate capital projects such as dock equipment and compactor upgrades.
• Support new SAP system implementation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Long Beach, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00 / hr.
