A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to manage complex claims on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

Adjudicate higher technical complexity workers' compensation claims

Investigate claims thoroughly, including interviewing involved parties

Prepare reports and manage claims in litigation, ensuring timely resolution

Required Qualifications

Minimum of five years' experience in adjudicating workers' compensation claims in FL and MA

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience

Licensure required in FL, RI, or TX

Proficient in MS Office Suite and other business-related software
