Operations Supervisor - Pay : $50,780.79 - $63,155.36 per year

Our Operations Supervisors are responsible for monitoring compliance with operational policies and the progress of goals set external by our clients and also internally by our agency. They track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across various positions and departments. Their tasks encompass managing internal and external inventory, tracking headcount changes, supervising and training employees, implementing processes to enhance the customer experience, and analyzing and reporting on performance. Ultimately, the Operations Supervisor is crucial in ensuring daily operations meet and exceed performance expectations, thereby contributing to an increase in the company's overall market share.

Responsibilities

• Attain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in the receiving, identification, dispatching, and quality assurance of goods.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.
• Organize and maintain internal inventory and storage areas.
• Ensure the accuracy of all reporting requests
• Communicate job expectations and provide coaching to employees.
• Interface with customers to address inquiries or resolve issues.
• Maintain employee records, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
• Report and document are work related injuries, accidents or incidents
• Identify areas for improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
