Job description

A company is looking for a Product Operations Analyst for their Ads Platform team.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze operational system data to support decision-making

Create reports and insights on operational performance to identify improvement areas

Ensure high data accuracy and reliability in operational tools

Required Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights

Experience with UserVoice, Jira, AirTable, Zendesk, and Google Suite

Knowledge of the advertising technology industry is a plus

Experience in operational process improvement

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
