Job Summary
This internship position covers multiple functions within the greater Supply Chain discipline. The intern will be exposed to multiple functions within Supply Chain, including : Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Materials Management, Market Intel and Analytics, Procurement and Contracts Management. The intern will also gain an understanding of the underlying importance of compliance that guides our contracted commitments. The internship will be located in one of our corporate offices located in Oklahoma City, OK or Spring, TX. The location will be determined and communicated at a later date.

Demonstrate basic computer knowledge through effective use of a personal computer including Microsoft Office applications. Able to learn company specific applications. Able to effectively manage time and prioritize projects in order to meet established deadlines. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Able to work effectively with all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external contacts. Able to effectively abide company policies, procedures, and technology. Able to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team. Able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Basic knowledge of ERP software and systems such as database user interface and query, enterprise resource planning, financial planning, and project management. Basic knowledge of commonly used supply chain documents & tools, which may include contracts, forms, graphs, charts, lists, tables, schematics, schedules, reports and financial statements. Basic knowledge of the supply chain processes that culminate in agreements & contracts. Basic knowledge of applicable legislative and regulatory requirements. Ability to think critically and analytically. Ability to interact collaboratively with stakeholders in the supply chain process. Ability to make high-level inferences using specialized knowledge.
Education
Minimum : Bachelor's degree - from accredited university - Pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university in supply chain management or related field. Minimum : Other - Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
Additional Qualifications
Previous industry experience, preferred. Previous internship experience, preferred.
