Job descriptionProgram Leadership : Define, plan, execute, and close a portfolio of strategic, high-priority, and complex special projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with the client's business objectives. Strategy & Vision : Partner with executive and senior leadership to define program scope, objectives, and long-term roadmap for special projects. Proactively identify and propose new initiatives that leverage technology to solve key business challenges. Cross-Functional Management : Serve as the primary driver and connective tissue between the Technology team, core business functions, and external vendors. Drive alignment and collaboration across globally dispersed teams. Program Governance : Establish and maintain robust program governance, including clear decision-making frameworks, risk management strategies, and communication protocols. Project Execution : Directly manage large-scale, enterprise-level projects from ideation through deployment. This includes developing detailed project plans, managing budgets, tracking milestones, and performing critical path analysis. Stakeholder Communication : Develop and deliver crisp, data-driven program updates and presentations to senior management and executive stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and resource needs. Process Improvement : Champion best practices in program and project management (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Introduce and enforce quality assurance standards and continuous improvement methodologies across the program. 7+ years of progressive experience in program or project management, with at least 3 years managing complex, multi-track, and enterprise-level programs within a Technology or business transformation domain. Demonstrated experience managing projects involving major enterprise application implementations, integrations, or major upgrades (e.g., for Finance, HR, or Supply Chain functions). Proven ability to operate effectively in a highly ambiguous environment, where project scope and deliverables are often defined during the initial phases of the program. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and executive leadership. Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple simultaneous high-priority tasks, and a meticulous attention to detail. Program Management Professional (PgMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification preferred. Experience working in the entertainment, media, consumer products, or global licensing industry.

Salary : We consider a variety of factors when making compensation decisions. We share this to ensure transparency and set expectations for those considering opportunities with us. The beginning salary range for this role is $100,000 - $135,000.
