Our client is a growing real estate company based in Sacramento, CA, focused on property management, development, and investment. The Accounting team is committed to accuracy, collaboration, and professionalism. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity to support their Accounts Payable Specialists and Supervisor.

Position Summary :

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will support the Accounts Payable team with day-to-day tasks including invoice processing, document management, and vendor communications. This is a temp-to-hire role, offering the potential for long-term employment based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Scan and upload invoices into the ERP system
• Accurately enter invoice data into ERP software
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts
• Assist with weekly check runs and ACH payments
• Maintain organized vendor records and payment documentation
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed
