Job descriptionProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any irregularities, such as security breaches, facility hazards, and emergency situations. Work closely with client staff and visitors to provide assistance and information as needed while maintaining a professional presence. Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols. Follow all site-specific guidelines and procedures as directed by Allied Universal and client management. A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. At least one year of security-related experience is required. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Security Officer - Financial Lobby Patrol
As a Security Officer - Financial Lobby Patrol in Tampa, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.
