What You'll Do :

Conduct armed patrols throughout the assigned location, including interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.

Respond calmly and promptly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following established procedures to address and resolve issues.

Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering restricted areas, in accordance with site-specific protocols.

Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities accurately and in a timely manner.

Provide professional customer service by assisting staff, visitors, and / or the public with inquiries and directions as needed.

Work closely with law enforcement and / or emergency responders during incidents, supporting coordination and communication as required.

Enforce site-specific policies, rules, and regulations to maintain order within the location.

Participate in emergency response activities, such as evacuations or lockdowns, when appropriate and in line with Allied Universal's training and procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Must have at least one year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.

An armed guard card or license is required.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
