Job descriptionManage and lead the accounting department, including supervision of accounts payable, receivable, and invoicing functions Oversee and maintain financial reporting processes within the ERP system, including cost roll-ups, variance analysis, and scrap reporting Ensure timely compliance with city, county, and government paperwork and reporting requirements Coordinate with external CPA for monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting Provide production reporting support and assist with financial analysis as needed Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data (V-lookups, Pivot Tables) Monitor company insurance policies and ensure coverage aligns with organizational needs Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including V-lookups and Pivot Tables Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cost analysis, and regulatory compliance Must have strong experience with ERP system Proven experience managing an accounting department in a manufacturing or industrial setting Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
