Job descriptionOrtho, General Surgery, ENT, Podiatry, Urology, Healthy Peds, OB / GYN, Endoscopy Excluded : Neuro, Cardiac, Spine Spinals, OB, Epidurals Endoscopy Peripheral Nerve Blocks Ultrasound-guided procedures PICC line preferred (not required) Active Oregon CRNA License (must be licensed in OR) Board Certification (required) DEA preferred BLS / ACLS / PALS (preferred standard) COVID-19 vaccination required (medical / religious exemptions accepted) Bill Rate : $240 / hour Call : Additional rates (night, call back, 24-hour) – contact account manager Travel & Lodging : Flights and rental car billable; housing provided by facility 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts) Manageable call rotation with OB coverage Housing provided, plus travel reimbursement Connect with fellow locum professionals through online forums, networking events, and support groups, fostering camaraderie, collaboration, and shared learning experiences. Pay Information
$200 to $240 per hour
About The Position
- Facility Type : Critical Access Hospital
- Trauma Level : Adult Level IV
- Operating Rooms : 3 + Cysto + Endoscopy suite
- Team : 1 MD + 4 autonomous CRNAs
- Case Load : 5–20 cases / day (includes endoscopy & cataracts); 2–4 rooms running daily
