POSITION SUMMARY : We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Packaging Data Entry Specialist to support our packaging specifications migration and setup in SAP S / 4.

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Enter, verify, and maintain packaging specification data into SAP S / 4 according to established templates, guidelines, and naming conventions.
• Interpret and transfer information from existing documentation, drawings, or databases into structured SAP S / 4 fields.
• Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.
• Liaise with packaging engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to clarify missing or unclear data.
• Track and document progress of data entry activities, reporting any discrepancies or issues to the project lead.
• Support data clean-up, de-duplication, and alignment efforts to ensure system integrity.
• Assist in testing and verifying packaging master data in the system after entry.
