Onboarding Specialist

MidPen Housing is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Onboarding Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new hires. The Onboarding Specialist will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support new employees from offer acceptance through their first days, leveraging the ADP platform to manage onboarding workflows and documentation.

Responsibilities :

New Hire Onboarding :

• Coordinate and execute onboarding processes for all new hires using the ADP Workforce Now platform.
• Ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks including I-9 verification, background checks, and benefits enrollment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date onboarding documentation and records.

$29.00 - $36.00 Hourly - Pay based on applicable experience and qualifications
