About the Role

Youll own the full lifecycle of Google Ads management for a portfolio of healthcare clients, from keyword research and campaign setup to A / B testing and optimization.

This role combines performance marketing , conversion strategy , and analytical storytelling . Youll work with account managers, creatives, and our analytics team to make every campaign efficient, compliant, and conversion-focused.

What Youll Do

Google Ads Management

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) focused on local healthcare lead generation .
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to maximize reach and efficiency.
• Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to drive consistent, cost-effective patient inquiries.
• Continuously test and iterate on ad copy, targeting, and creative to improve CTR, CVR, and ROI.
• Maintain clean campaign structure and ensure all ads comply with healthcare advertising guidelines.
