Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 05 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial or ERP software preferred. Experience with ERP systems (Deltek Vantagepoint, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus. Understanding of project-based or professional services financial environments. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Financial Analyst
KEITH is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support our Finance team in Pompano Beach, FL. This role reports to the Director of Finance and is ideal for a candidate with a solid financial foundation who enjoys data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement.
What you'll do :
- Analyze financial data and trends to support business decisions.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Partner with project managers and departments to gather and interpret financial information.
- Support project accounting, cost tracking, and performance analysis.
- Build, maintain, and improve financial models, tools, and dashboards.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
