Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements : Completion of a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) program or equivalent.
  • Certifications Requirements : Valid State LVN license, BLS certification, and IV certification.
  • Experience Requirements : Minimum of 2 years of LVN experience in long-term care, group home, hospital, or corrections settings.
  • Other Requirements : Competency in managing g-tubes / enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and traches; ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and nights; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
