The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle Cloud Benefits Functional Lead to join our team on a 6-month contract basis.
In this crucial role, you will play a pivotal role in leading the implementation of Oracle Cloud Benefits for a healthcare client.
You will leverage your deep understanding of the healthcare industry and Oracle Cloud functionalities to ensure a smooth and successful transition for our client.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the Oracle Cloud Benefits implementation project for a healthcare client.
- Collaborate with internal teams and the client to define business requirements and develop a comprehensive implementation plan.
- Configure and customize Oracle Cloud Benefits to meet the specific needs of the healthcare client.
- Conduct data migration and ensure data integrity throughout the implementation process.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials for the healthcare client's end users.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to the client after the go-live date.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Oracle Cloud Benefits features and functionalities.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Benefits implementation.
- Proven experience working within the healthcare industry (a plus).
- Strong understanding of healthcare benefits administration processes.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Experience leading and motivating teams.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
