Key Responsibilities
Reviews and updates complaint data in the case tracking system
Maintains data records for timely processing of cases and screens incoming fraud leads
Prepares investigation reports and recommends improvements to fraud audit processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum High School Diploma or GED
2-4 years of relevant work experience; 5-7 years preferred
Certification in an applicable program (e.g., Certified Fraud Examiner) preferred
