Nurse Assistant Training Instructor Needed - Must be an RN with 1 year Long-Term Care experience.

Immediate openings  - Our team at Quality CNA Training is expanding. We're looking for passionate and motivated Registered Nurses who are interested in training the next generation of Nursing Assistants for the Milwaukee area.

Hours : Full-Time and Part-Time day positions available

Salary : Based on experience however, no experience is necessary, we will provide the training.

Position Summary : Primary responsibilities include teaching and evaluating the student’s skills performance in both the classroom and clinical setting, leading to successful completion of the program. Instructors teach the required skills from a detailed step-by-step skills checklist while following the Quality CNA Training curriculum creating a conducive and productive learning environment for students to help prepare them for the workforce and / or higher education. Instructors work directly with clinical site to provide the students and the residents under their care with an excellent experience. Instructors provide the students with a quality training program that not only meets the Quality CNA Training regulations and guidelines but also the state regulations and compliance standards as well as meeting the expectations for the course participants. Students complete all knowledge-based learning independently online.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Meet each student’s learning needs by incorporating a variety of teaching methods and assessments.
• Plan, coordinate, manage, and direct the skills lab and clinical setting for the students.
• Evaluate interpersonal skills, technical skills, and knowledge base of students in the skill lab and clinical setting at regular intervals to measure student performance.
• Maintains confidential, accurate and complete records and reports as required by state, federal, and Quality CNA Training LLC regulations and policies meeting 100% compliance for record keeping.
• Maintain a professional, clean, and safe learning environment.
• Build and maintain an ongoing cooperative working relationship with training and clinical site partners and staff to provide a comprehensive and safe learning environment for students.
• Complete and submit course records and reports in a timely manner, meeting required deadlines.
• Remain current on state regulations and training standards
• Coordinate and communicate with our administrative team when appropriate.
• Coordinate and communicate with our social media team when appropriate.
