Description :

StayRN LLC is currently seeking an experienced and results-oriented Healthcare Account Manager to join our dedicated team.

In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in client recruitment, sales, and marketing initiatives, while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders within the medical staffing industry.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead client recruitment efforts and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to promote StayRN 's furnished housing solutions to medical professionals.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with hospitals, recruiting agencies, housing providers, and corporate partners, emphasizing the unique benefits of StayRN 's accommodations for traveling nurses.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the nuances of the medical staffing process, particularly in the travel nursing sector, and leverage this knowledge to effectively address client needs and preferences.
  • Drive revenue growth by cultivating and expanding partnerships with staffing agencies, medical institutions, and corporate entities, capitalizing on opportunities to showcase StayRN as the premier housing solution for traveling nurses.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative branding initiatives and promotional campaigns, both nationally and within the travel nursing community.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, utilizing insights to inform strategic decision-making and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Provide exemplary customer service and support, ensuring that each guest's experience exceeds expectations and fosters long-term loyalty to StayRN .

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of six years of experience within the medical staffing industry, with a focus on travel nursing recruitment and client relations.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and cultivating strategic partnerships within the medical staffing sector.
  • Strong understanding of the travel nursing process and familiarity with the unique needs and preferences of traveling nurses.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for sales and relationship management.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
