About The Position

Required to float to General OR
Required scrub skills
Description :
The unit performs all surgical specialties except for transplant in a 13-room OR.
Special equipment includes 2 Xi DaVinci Robots.
Travelers may need to work with patients across various age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
The facility performs a variety of surgical procedures such as abdominal surgeries, cardiothoracic robotic surgery, and minimally invasive techniques.
Experience with high-level disinfectant processes and aseptic technique is essential.
Staff members are supported by interdisciplinary teams including respiratory services and pharmacy.
All travelers will be required to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities.
Medical and religious exemptions for the flu vaccine may be considered.
Travelers must work 2 out of 3 major holidays as part of the contract.
Travelers must have a strong understanding of sterilization and disinfection protocols.
Facility guidelines must be adhered to regarding supervision and references.
