Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Logistics / Operations, based in any of the following areas : Miami, FL, New York, NY, Los Angeles, CA or Austin, TX with opportunities for some remote work.

The Director of Logistics / Operations will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include managing ops and warehouse teams, analyzing processes, optimizing workflows, budgeting, and ensuring outstanding customer service. The role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence and supporting the company's growth initiatives.

Compensation : 100k - 150k plus benefits and bonus
