Client Success Specialist (Entry-Level – Mortgage Banking)

Location : Melville, NY (In-Person) | Salary : $45,000 – $55,000

Reliant Home Funding, Inc. — a nationally recognized mortgage banker — is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Client Success Specialist to join our growing team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent grads, career changers, or anyone eager to launch a career in the mortgage industry.

You’ll guide clients through the home loan process, organize documentation, communicate with loan officers and underwriters, and ensure an excellent customer experience. No prior mortgage experience required — we provide full training and mentorship.

Preferred Skills & Background :

Some college coursework (Bachelor’s a plus) or equivalent work experience

Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment
