Job Title : Accounting Analyst III

Contract - 100% Remote (Facility located in Sacramento, CA)

Must Haves :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups; macros a plus)
• Experience with fixed asset accounting, banking reconciliations, and project accounting
• ERP experience (Workday preferred)

The Accounting Analyst III supports General Accounting, Banking, Projects, and Assets functions. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and interpreting financial results. The role contributes to the Workday ERP implementation and collaborates across finance teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with GAAP and reporting standards.
