The Gotcha Covered Grand Rapids showroom is pivotal to our sales success of custom window treatments.

This role plays an important role in creating a wonderful client experience.

Brand Ambassador Job Duties Include :

What You’ll Do :

• Engage Costco Members at the various warehouses : Approach members as they shop to discuss our premium custom window treatments.
• Locations include :   Wyoming, MI; Grand Rapids, MI; Kalamazoo, MI; Fruitport, MI.
• Schedule varies between the 4 locations. We will work around your schedule.
• Provide Information : Share key product details and answer basic questions about Gotcha Covered.
• Generate Leads : Collect and log member information into our CRM for follow-up by our design team.
• Create a Great Experience : Represent Gotcha Covered with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Set up and tear down Costco roadshows.
