What you will Do

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be a marketing leader at a growing organization in Colorado. You will be strategically in the center of a great work environment that helps Central Bank grow its market dominance. This role is responsible for helping to create and execute the brand vision and mission for Central Bank's major lines of business. In conjunction with the Corporate Marketing Department, you will be responsible for managing several marketing initiatives, including working with multiple areas in Colorado, executives, and business line leaders, to execute a strategic marketing strategy. You will ensure brand, KPI, and ROI metrics align with overall Marketing strategy for the company. This position may have direct reports, depending on your level of experience and history managing people.

This position starts at $124,560 per year and can increase from there depending on experience.
