What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring the property operates efficiently and meets high standards of quality and safety. Your day-to-day work will include :

• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, boilers, and pool equipment
• Managing unit turnovers, completing work orders, and coordinating vendor services
• Performing routine maintenance, safety inspections, and preventative care
• Assisting with budget planning for maintenance and capital projects
• Responding to emergency repair requests and participating in the on-call rotation
• Supporting nearby Oakbrook properties when needed
