Full-Time | $17.00–$22.50 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 a.m.–3 : 30 p.m. (occasional on-call weekends)

Skaalen Retirement Services in Stoughton, WI is seeking a full-time Outdoor Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team! This is a hands-on role where you’ll help care for and improve the exterior of our campus while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

What We’re Looking For

Age 21+

At least 1 year of commercial maintenance experience

Valid Wisconsin driver’s license

Ability to lift / move up to 80 lbs. and push / pull up to 100 lbs.

Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons

Must pass drug screen and background check

Primary Duties

Maintain and repair parking lots, walkways, and driveways

Assist with snow and ice removal

Care for lawns, trees, and shrubs

Exterior painting as needed

Repair and maintain hoyer lifts, automobiles, yard equipment, and filters

Assist with carpentry and masonry projects
