One of the largest Utility Holding companies in the United States is seeking an experienced Compliance & Administrative Coordinator to support their team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you'll provide timekeeping and per diem support for union employees, coordinate compliance for electric utility construction operations, and ensure maintenance activities meet regulatory standards. There is the possibility for permanent conversion for the right candidate.
Day-to-Day :
- Process work requests in SAP and ProCore, monitor job progress, and prepare job packages for field teams.
- Coordinate land management, permitting, vegetation management, and customer access issues.
- Compile SAP reports for field review, quality assurance audits, and inspection tracking.
- Support internal and external compliance audits and coordinate with planners and supervisors to meet compliance deadlines.
- Lead timekeeping and daily per diem input for union employees; support logistics during emergency operations.
- Manage record retention and required documentation, including DVIRs, Safety Tailgates, and 5300 forms.
- Organize bi-weekly safety meetings and track completion of training.
- Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
