Engineering Support Analyst

A company is looking for an Engineering Support Analyst to assist with data engineering initiatives and support operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support the engineering team in executing and monitoring data workflows using Apache Airflow

Manage scheduled deliveries and oversee daily uploads in the Datavant portal

Maintain accurate documentation of data pipelines and configurations, and recommend improvements to workflow processes

Required Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent technical work experience

1-2 years of experience supporting data or engineering teams in a technical capacity

Hands-on experience with AWS, particularly S3, Lambda, and IAM

Familiarity with Apache Airflow and data privacy or tokenization tools, preferably Datavant

Proficiency with data handling tools such as Excel, SQL, or scripting languages like Python or Bash
