About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President (RVP) of Enterprise Sales for the Western U.S. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a dedicated sales team that focuses on technology, media, and manufacturing customers. This leadership role involves driving revenue growth through effective consultative sales strategies, defining regional priorities, and prospecting strategies for large enterprise accounts. The RVP will also be tasked with enabling complex, multi-stakeholder deals, collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success, and establishing the company's market presence in key enterprise communities. Applicants must have 5-7+ years of management experience leading enterprise or strategic account executive teams, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in enterprise software or AI / ML sales. The role requires a strong understanding of AI / ML, data platforms, or automation solutions, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles. An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment are essential. The RVP will be expected to represent the company at various events and meetings, with an estimated travel requirement of 30-40%. The position offers the opportunity to work directly with executive leadership and influence the go-to-market strategy for enterprise AI adoption.
