Recruiter Position

We're looking for a passionate and resourceful Recruiter to join our People team! This individual will be responsible for owning full-cycle recruiting for all US-based roles, primarily supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) while also playing a key role in Recruiting Operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building efficient processes, and love delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities :

• Own full-cycle recruiting for primarily GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.)
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build effective sourcing strategies, and guide them through a structured hiring process
• Deliver high-quality candidate experience from outreach to offer
• Maintain accurate data in our ATS and contribute to hiring metrics and reporting
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
