AI Research Lead

A company is looking for an Applied AI Research Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a customer-facing AI expert to understand client research goals and advise on data generation best practices

Contribute thought leadership on designing data strategies for LLM training and evaluation workflows

Manage and grow a team of Solution Engineers, ensuring project delivery and quality standards

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an AI researcher, ML scientist, or applied LLM engineer

At least 2+ years in a managerial or team lead role

Strong Python skills and familiarity with common ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face)

Experience with LLM architectures, prompting techniques, and evaluation frameworks

Ability to work in fast-paced environments and collaborate cross-functionally
