Data Center Commercial Construction Superintendent

We're seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for Data Center Construction / Mission Critical Projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field crews
• Maintain project schedule and adjust as needed
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance
• Conduct site walks and ensure quality control
• Communicate with PMs, clients, and stakeholders
• Resolve field issues quickly to avoid delays
• Track budgets and control job costs
• Maintain daily reports and project documentation
