Compensation :
$55,000 potential Base salary + Bonus
Responsibilities :
- Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
- Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
- Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
- Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
- Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
- Engage with potential clients in face-to-face meetings, over the phone, and through virtual consultations to evaluate their legal requirements.
- Partner with attorneys and firm leadership to ensure that prospective clients receive expert guidance in the initial phases of their legal journey.
- Maintain a proactive stance in handling sales leads, following up on inquiries, and guaranteeing high levels of client contentment.
- Conduct meetings with potential clients face-to-face and via phone or virtual platforms throughout weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Perform follow-up calls with potential clients post-sales meetings to ensure continuity and address any questions.
- Document detailed notes accurately in the online system for future reference.
- Schedule regular meetings with management to provide updates and discuss strategies.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferredWorking knowledge of the sales process and CRM softwareCurrent U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car2+ years of experience in sales or a similar roleGreat time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbalSpanish fluency is required.About Company
