We're looking for a Training and Development Manager to assist with shaping our learning culture and helping employees grow. In this role, you'll design, deliver, and manage training programs that enhance skills, knowledge, and engagement across the organization. This position reports to the VP, Development & Process Integrity and is based out of our Nashville office. Our starting pay range is $90-105K, taking applicable experience into consideration.
What You'll Do
- Lead engaging training programs : Facilitate in-person, virtual, and hybrid sessions, workshops, and professional growth initiatives for employees at all levels.
- Develop impactful learning experiences : Design curricula, create supporting materials (presentations, eLearning, videos), and ensure programs align with organizational goals.
- Evaluate and improve : Assess training effectiveness using feedback, performance metrics, and analytics, and continuously refine programs to enhance learning retention and engagement.
- Leverage technology : Serve as an expert on the company LMS, maintain content libraries, and integrate multimedia tools to maximize learner engagement.
- Collaborate strategically : Work with team leaders, subject matter experts, and the Academy team to identify skill gaps, set learning priorities, and align training initiatives with business objectives.
- Champion continuous learning : Promote a culture of development, ensure scalable and sustainable learning solutions, and drive initiatives that support employee growth.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Communications, or a related field.5+ years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, or a similar environment, including program design and facilitation.Expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills; able to engage diverse audiences.Analytical mindset with experience evaluating training effectiveness and applying data-driven improvements.Proficiency with LMS platforms, eLearning tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.), and Microsoft Office 365.Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt approaches, and collaborate effectively across teams.Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.Additional Information
In Office 3+ Days per WeekOccasional travel between offices may be required.Some lifting or moving of items over 10 pounds may be needed.This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
