RedSky is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team in support of the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Program Executive Officer Land Systems (PEO LS). Responsibilities :

The Program Manager will take ownership for the leadership and execution of tactical wheeled vehicle programs, ensuring seamless lifecycle management aligned with Marine Corps readiness and modernization needs.

• Program Leadership & Oversight : Directs all contract performance ensuring compliance with FAR 16.505 and QASP standards. Leads execution of program lines including JLTV, MTVR, LVSR, ULCV, and trailers.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Governance : Serves as the primary interface for PM MT and PEO LS. Manages OCI controls, and participates in PMRs and Program Management Board updates.
• Acquisition & Sustainment Support : Oversees acquisition artifacts per DoDI 5000.02 and SECNAVINST 5000.2G standards. Aligns with FIAR and equipment valuation requirements.
• Digital & Information Management : Champions workflow automation via SharePoint and O365. Ensures secure MCEN access and PKI communications.
• Team Leadership & Operational Readiness : Leads a team of analysts, engineers, and logisticians for rapid support. Manages team training and travel coordination.

Required Skills / Qualifications :

10+ years of DoD program management experience, preferably with USMC PEO or MARCORSYSCOM.
