As an Asset Based Lending (ABL) Relationship Manager at Associated Bank, you'll manage a complex portfolio of ABL relationships while driving client growth and retention. You'll serve as a trusted financial partnerstructuring, closing, and managing asset-based loans that help businesses thrive. This role offers the opportunity to deepen client relationships, collaborate across business lines, and make a measurable impact on the bank's commercial growth strategy.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage a portfolio of ABL relationships to ensure client satisfaction, portfolio health, and compliance with credit policy and regulatory standards.
• Lead the documentation, negotiation, and closing process for new and renewed ABL transactions.
• Analyze client financials, monitor covenant compliance, and recommend appropriate credit actions or risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver a full range of banking solutions, including Treasury Management, Capital Markets, and Wealth Management services.
• Engage with business and community organizations to enhance the bank's visibility and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Participate in lender meetings and industry events to stay connected to market trends and client needs.
• Refer customers and prospects to key partners across the bank to expand relationships and drive growth.
