Key Responsibilities :

• Systematically troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all electrical aspects of production machinery and facility infrastructure.
• Work with control systems and circuits, handling voltages up to 480 volts.
• Accurately read and follow complex electrical schematics and diagrams to perform installations and repairs.
• Perform layout and installation of electrical conduit and wiring for various applications.
• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on electric motors (excluding rewinding) and associated control panels.
• Address electrical and mechanical issues on various industrial equipment, including induction furnaces, hydraulic systems, and overhead lifting devices.
• Utilize programmable logic controller (PLC) knowledge for diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Ensure strict adherence to all company and industry safety standards, including proper Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
• Document all maintenance activities and repairs accurately using basic computer software.
