Job descriptionPerform all maintenance and cleaning tasks noted on the checklists and as directed by the facility manager / supervisor to ensure that all dirt, dust, litter, and debris are removed from all areas of the shuttle vehicles. Sweep and pick up around the yard as well as the office, and rest rooms. Empty all trash cans in the office and restrooms. Responsible for safety and security of company equipment. Perform tasks such as replace light bulbs as needed on shuttle vehicles and check fluids such as oil, washer fluid and coolant. Check vehicles for any damage-scrapes, dents, missing parts, and hazards to be reported to manager. Maintain an inventory of janitorial supplies and submit requests to re-stock supplies as needed. Report any known accidents or violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrence to the area manager immediatley Answer the phone Complete inspection / maintenance logs nightly reporting of fluid levels Snow removal from stairs and walkways We promote from within - park your career here! Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed. Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way. You have at least one year of related parking and / or customer service experience. You are a motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with experience in Customer Service or the Shuttle Industry. You are self-sufficient, resourceful, collaborative and decisive. You see a challenge as an opportunity and are looking for a position with a chance for growth. You have a flexible schedule meaning that the position may require working weekends and holidays. You have very strong conversational communication skills. Overnight Maintenance Supervisor
Pay Rate : $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Job Type : Part-Time
Location : New Haven, Connecticut
Shift & Schedule : Overnight / 3rd shift
Must Have : 2 Years Drivers License
