Job Title : Plant Production-Maintenance Manager

Location : Midwest, USA

Salary : $125,000 per year plus incentive , plus benefits

We are seeking an experienced Plant Production - Maintenance Manager with a background in paper or film operations. This is a hands-on, onsite role at a mid-sized manufacturing plant, with opportunities for advancement.

Requirements :

• Minimum 10 years of progressive, stable experience in paper or film operations
• Demonstrated track record of stability and advancement
• Strong technical knowledge including :
• Mechanical systems and equipment troubleshooting
• Electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry
• PLC programming and operation
• Servo-drive systems and motor controls
• Industrial automation and process control
• College degree preferred but not required
• Position is onsite  — candidates must be willing to relocate if not already located nearby
